Who ever made the saying, 'The Customer Is Always Right'?? This may be true in terms of a business motto to keep the customer Loyal to their business. Anyone who has ever worked in retail will know That the customer is always damn wrong!
I have been contemplating this blog for a very long time, I was never quiet sure how to go about it and I still don't! I have so many stories swirling around my head I just had to vent somewhere! This blog will cover the basics and I
Will keep adding stories to my blog as there's just too many to possibly cram into one sitting.
I have personally been on both ends of the counter, having worked in retail for the past 2 1/2 years, and being the
Customer, as every girl loves to shop! Firstly the basic rules for an exchange or refund:
- Keep the receipt! [Keep the damn receipt with your purchase so we know that you bought in from our store!]
-Make your refund/exchange in the specified time frame. [Differs from store to store, usually 7-14 days]
-Keep any swing tags on. [Clothing purchases]
-Lastly; do not use the damn item.
[Excludes items that are faulty, not doing what they claim to, etc. Etc.]
As I have just gotten home from a shift, my anger at customers are fresh are on my mind. My point for tonight is customers who wait until they get to the register to ask you stupid questions.
For example:
I hate when customers wait 'til they get to the registers to ask a question,
'Do you have anymore of these?' Umm.. How the hell am I supposed to know, and now you're holding up the whole line! Ugh!
[I was going to write more but I do have other things to attend to! Sorry!]
